1-COF Syrup:

Indication: COF Syrup is a medicine for common cold and cough. It relieves symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and congestion.

Composition: Each 5 ml contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (DXM) 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg.

Dosage: Adults & children over 12 years: 10 ml every 4-6 hours. Children 6-12 years: 5 ml every 4-6 hours. Not for children under 6.

Precautions: Avoid in hypertension or severe heart disease. Don’t exceed recommended dose. Consult your Healthcare professional during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage: Keep at 15-30°C, away from light & moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging: 60 ml syrup.
