Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate IP
Equivalent to pantoprazole – 40 mg

Precautions: Those over 50, on high doses, or using it for over a year are at higher risk of fractures. Seek medical attention for severe bone pain or mobility issues.

Storage: PANLION-40 should be stored at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

Uses: Panlion -40 reduces stomach acid production. It’s prescribed for heartburn, acid reflux, and GORD (gastro-oesophageal reflux disease) as well as preventing and treating stomach ulcers.

Warning:
Long-term use may lead to: bone fractures, gut infections, and vitamin B12 deficiency. Symptoms include fatigue, tongue soreness, mouth ulcers, and tingling.
